In view of employment and to provide sufficient quality teachers to society, Placement Cell has been introduced in this college. Although the college is functioning for the placement of its students from its beginning session but this cell was constituted in the institute on 04.03.2009 named as Guidance cell /Placement Cell.
The Placement cell in a college is an essential department that plays a crucial role in helping students secure their dream jobs. Placement cell acts as an interface between the students and the recruiters and is responsible for the student-Teachers to be placed in various Institutions depending on the choice and availability of jobs.
Guidance/ Placement cell in our college is set up for providing job opportunity to the pass outs of D.El.Ed, B.Ed and M.Ed. As the competition for employment is increasing every day the placement cell of any institute plays a vital role in providing the job opportunity as well as trained the students to present themselves in a better manner.
The objective of the placement cell is to look for 100% employment of all the students of the college. To achieve this objective the college organizes various training programs, workshops, seminars and webinars by experts, and regularly takes up various initiatives to develop students’ skills and impart knowledge and awareness in multiple areas. The most popular is campus recruitment to provide our students with job opportunities.
The college also organized job fest and conducted campus interview. Principals of sister institutions/schools request to the college through email and letters to full-fill the required positions in their schools. On the basis of their requirements the Guidance and Placement Cell of the college invites the applications and resumes from the passed out students/alumni. The cell facilitates the selection process of students by giving them training in resume writing, personality growing. Facing interviews, inspiring communications skill and many other activities which helps the students to compete confidently with others. We cater the needs of the students as well as bridge between the employers and employees. Placement Cell of the college established effective contacts with various educational institutes of repute for the benefits of our students.
So far there are good number of Student-Teachers passed out from this college and have placed them in different schools and colleges under the guidance of Placement Cell.
