ORDER

SHAH SATNAMJICOLLEGE OF EDUCATION, SHAH MASTANA JI DHAM, DERA SACHA SAUDA, SIRSA, HARYANA submitted an application to the northern regional committee of national council for teacher education for permission of B.ED course in terms of section-14 (1) OF NCTE act 1993.

The NRC at its 108th meeting held on 25-26sept. 2006 at NRC, NCTE jaipur considered application of the institution including in the agenda for the meeting and after carefulexamination of the relevant document, visiting team reports, video recording etc found the institution fit for grant of recognition.

Now therefore in exercise of the powers vested under section-14 (3)(A) of the NCTE act, 1993, the regional committee hereby grants permission to SHAH SATNAMJICOLLEGE OF EDUCATION, SHAH MASTANA JI DHAM, DERA SACHA SAUDA, SIRSA, HARYANA to conduct bed course of one year duration w.f. The session 2006-2007 with an annual in take of 100(one hundred only)(one unit) subject to appointment of staff as per 7(11) and 7(12) of NCTE regulations dated 13-1-2006 & ratified by the university at the following address:

The institution shall insure the fulfillment of the following:
The institution shall maintain the teaching staff strength of 1+7 for the B.Ed course.
The institution shall note that with regard to NET/SLET requirement, the relaxation is allowed only upto the year 2009-2010 as per NCTE regulation dated 21-07-2006.
The institution shall adhere to all the other regulations and guidelines as framed by NCTE from time to time.
The institution shall with in one month of receipt of recognition order, convert in Endowment fund account into a joint account in the form of FDR for a period of not less than 60 months in nationalized bank only to operated along with an official of regional committee.
That the reserve for an amount of RS. 3 lakh be maintained in the form of FDR in favour of management/institution
The recognition in the subject to fulfillment of all such requirements as may prescribed by other regulatory bodies like UGC, state govt. etc.
The institutional shall submit to regional committee a self appraisal report at the end of each academic year along with a copy of approval of affiliating university/state directorate of education about the appointment of faculty members and statement of annual accounts duly audited by charted accounted,

If the institution contravenes any of the above condition or any provision of ncte act, rules regulations and /or order made or issued their under the regional committee may withdraw recognisation under the provision section under the provision of section17 (1) of the ncte act, 1993
