I Naveen Kumar s/o sh. madan lal resident of Sirsa (HARYANA). IN the capacity of VICE_PRESIDENT of PARAM PITA SHAH SATNAM JI EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE SOCIETY ,SIRSA do hereby declare that:-
1. The land measuring muraba no. 12,killa no. 18(6-16),19(7-7),20/1(1-11)muraba no.,13 killa no. 16/2(3-7)muraba no. 12 killa no.8(5-16) 11(4-7),12(9-18),13(7-8),14(8-0) muraba no. 13 killano.17(7-7)24,25(16-0),the total area of 77 canals 17 marlas khewat no. 63 khatoni 104, unirrigated land is under lease from kharif season 2003 to rabui season 2098 with PARAM PITA SHAH SATNAM JI EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE SOCIETY.
2. The land & building of the institution for running the proposed SHAH SATNAM JI COLLEGE of education (B.Ed) are free from all encumbrances (that is no. land/Mortgage on land & building)
3. The actual location of the institution with the above said area ,where the proposed college will be run by the institution has been duly attested by the notary.

I am applicant in the annexed application made to the Northern Regional Committee of the National Council for Teacher Education ,Jaipur seeking grant of permission for conducting in B.P.Ed. Course at Shah Satnam Ji Boys College Teacher education Program.
