Aims and objects of the society.

The aims and objects of the society are as follows;-
To start schools, colleges, at sirsa or any other place deemed fit by the members of the society in India and to run the same for the benefit of all persons, without distinction of caste, creed or color.
To run Hospitals and research institutions for providing medical assistance to the poor and down-trodden peoples of the society of India.
c) To start Dharamshala , any other institution or institutions for education or medical aid for the benefit of all person without any distinction of caste and creed of color.
d) To establish libraries, to disseminate, publish and distribute literature for welfare of the people as well as religious education among the peoples in India by the society.
e) To give donation to the institution doing similar or allied work.
f) The first aim of the society is to run a school at sirsa under the name of Param Pita Shah Satnam Ji Girls Higher Secondary School,sirsa.
g) To grant lump sum or periodical assistance to the poor student for their education or to the poor widows for their maintenance or to poor person for medical relief and also to grant recoverable loan for such purpose without distinction of caste, creed or colour. To do all other works for the advancement of the above purpose.
h) To do all other things that may be incidental and relevant or otherwise helpful for the attainment of the above objects.
i) The income and the property of the society shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the society as forth in the memorandum of the association and no portion thereof shall paid or transferred directly or indirectly, by way of bonus or dividends to the member of the society.
j)no member of the governing body of the society shall be appointed to any salaried office of the society or any office of the society paid by fees that remuneration shall be given by the society to any member of such governing body except re-payment of out of pocket expenses & interest on money lent or rent for premises/demises to the society
k) The society by the constitution is required to apply its profits ,if any ,or other income in promoting its objects
l) To check the social evils ,like carring animal flesh, drinking liquior & prostitution etc. & to remove the said society evils from ther society & to educate the people for there social evils & to prepare the people not to indulge in there social evils.
m) If upon the winding up or dissolution of the society there remains after
Satisfaction of all the debts and liabilities any properties what so ever the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the member of society but shall be given or transferred to some other institution having objects similar to objects of society to be determined by the member of society at or before the time of dissolution.
